We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Orders paid with PayPal are shipped to confirmed addresses only. Orders paid with credit cards are shipped to the card's billing address. Note: California customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped within 48 hours once a payment has cleared Paypal, not including weekends or holidays.
Allow 1-10 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.
All domestic purchases are automatically combined at checkout.
We use UPS Ground and USPS USPS Priority Mail & First Class (if available) for all domestic shipments in the lower 48 states.
International Shipping
Items are shipped within 72 hours once a payment has cleared Paypal, not including weekends or holidays.
International Orders are automatically combined at checkout with a shipping discount.
We use only USPS Priority and USPS Express Service when shipping parcels to anywhere other than the USA.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please do not ask us to falsify shipping documents, it is a federal crime.
Any item purchased from us is shipped as merchandise with a commercial invoice from eBay.

Return Policy
You must notify us by email in advance of all returns for a return authorization
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item.
All returns must be prepaid.
Freight collect packages will be refused.
A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued upon receipt.
Keep a copy of your tracking number.
All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the original shipping costs
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED, NO EXCERPTIONS.
CLOTHING, HELMETS, GLOVES, AND BOOTS CANNOT HAVE BEEN WORN, AND MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL LABELS STILL ATTACHED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All returns are inspected before issuing a refund.
Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Seismic Cycles stands behind all products we sell. In the event of product failure or defect, products are limited to the manufacturer warranty.
All products will require warranty direct through the manufacturer, in which case we will provide the contact information for the manufacturer in facilitating the return.
